Ordering & Personalization

How do I personalize my tumbler?

On the product page, enter the name and select the design options you want before adding to cart. Your item will be produced exactly as entered, so please double-check spelling.

Can I change my personalization after ordering?

Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@lunavows.com. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

Do you offer custom designs not shown on the site?

Sometimes! Email us your idea at info@lunavows.com and we will let you know if we can make it happen.

Shipping

How long until my order arrives?

Personalized items are made to order. Production takes about 3–7 business days, plus 3–7 business days for shipping within the U.S. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. For orders outside the U.S., contact us first at info@lunavows.com.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a personalized item?

Personalized items can only be returned or replaced if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. See our Refund Policy.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email info@lunavows.com within 7 days with your order number and photos, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Are the tumblers dishwasher safe?

To protect the printed design, we recommend hand washing. Avoid soaking and abrasive cleaners.

What sizes are available?

Size and capacity details are listed on each product page. If you have a specific question, just reach out.
