Because every Vega Harbor product is personalized and made to order, please allow time for production before your item ships.

Processing Time

Orders are produced and prepared within 3–7 business days after your order is placed and personalization details are confirmed. During holidays and peak seasons, production may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 6–14 business days.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Any free-shipping promotions will be shown on the product page or at checkout.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after you receive them.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. If you would like to order from outside the U.S., please contact us first at info@lunavows.com.

Wrong Address & Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days at info@lunavows.com with your order number and photos (for damage), and we will make it right.
