Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your Vega Harbor tumbler. Because our products are personalized and made to order, please read this policy carefully.
Personalized Items
Custom and personalized products (items printed with a name, design, or other customization) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. This is because these items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lunavows.com. Please include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and any packaging damage
- A short description of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund for verified issues — no need to ship the item back unless we ask.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change a name, design, or address? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After production begins, we may not be able to make changes or cancel, since the item is already being personalized.
Non-Personalized Items
If you purchased a non-personalized item, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
