Pay how you like. We never see the card.
Every order goes through Shopify’s checkout, which means the card details you type reach a payment processor and stop there. Below is what we accept, and what the price already covers before checkout adds anything to it.

Which of these you see at checkout depends on your device and where you are. Prices are charged in U.S. dollars.

Your card never touches this site
Checkout runs on Shopify. Card details go straight to PCI-DSS compliant processors, and no full card number is stored on our servers.
Encrypted end to end
The whole checkout is served over SSL, so what you type is encrypted between your browser and the processor.
We may check an order
A small number of orders get a verification step before we make them. If yours is one, we email or call the details you left at checkout.
What the price already includes
Personalization is free. Names, dates and lettering are in the price on the product page, and no engraving fee appears at checkout. A piece that carries your wording costs the same as the blank version of itself.
Sales tax, where it applies, is worked out at checkout from your shipping address. Shipping is added there too, free over the threshold on the shipping page. Payment is taken when you place the order, because that is when production starts.

Which of these you see depends on your device and location.
Currency
Everything is processed in U.S. dollars. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and any fee it charges.
Secure checkout
Checkout is encrypted with SSL and payments run through PCI-DSS compliant providers. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
When you are charged
Payment is authorized and taken when you place the order, so production on your personalized piece can start straight away.
Order verification
Some orders need an extra check before we produce them. If yours is one, we will contact you at the email or phone number you gave at checkout.
Taxes
Prices are in USD. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout from your shipping destination.
