Your personalized wooden ornament garland is made to order by our production partner in the United States. Production takes 1 to 3 business days after the personalization details are confirmed. Tracked delivery within the United States generally takes an additional 5 to 12 business days.

Requests to change a name, date, design, or shipping address must be submitted within 24 hours of ordering. Once production begins, the personalized product cannot be changed.
