ABOUT THIS PIECE

The first ornament that goes on the tree as a married couple, and the one that comes out every December after.
A white ceramic heart printed in fine black line art: a wreath of small flowers and leaves curving around the edge, with "THE YEAR WE GOT MARRIED", both first names in script, and the year underneath. It hangs from a jute string and arrives in a small gift box.
Nothing on it is dated to a specific day, so it reads as a marker of the year rather than an anniversary card.
It gifts well on its own for a wedding, an engagement, or a first Christmas.
