If your wedding or celebration is less than 10 days away, please contact us before ordering so we can help check the timing. Requests to change a name, wedding date, design or shipping address must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes may not be possible after production begins.

Please report any damage within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the product and its packaging so we can review the issue.
