MAKING AND DELIVERY

Each personalized sign is made to order. Production usually takes 1 to 3 business days, followed by approximately 5 to 12 business days for shipping. On average, please allow around 15 days from the purchase date to delivery, depending on your location. Ordering ahead is recommended when the sign is needed for a fixed ceremony, reception or anniversary date.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Handle the acrylic sign by its edges whenever possible. Use a clean, soft microfiber cloth to remove light dust. Avoid abrasive fabrics, rough sponges and harsh household cleaners that may scratch or cloud the acrylic surface. Keep the sign away from direct heat, and store it flat in protective wrapping after the celebration.
