Making and Delivery

Each personalized garland is made to order. Production takes 1 to 3 business days after the personalization details are confirmed. Tracked delivery within the United States generally takes an additional 5 to 12 business days. The typical combined production and delivery process takes approximately 15 days.

If your wedding or celebration is less than 10 days away, please contact us before ordering so we can help check the timing. Requests to change a name, date, design or shipping address must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes may no longer be possible after production begins.

Please report any damage within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

Care Instructions

For indoor decorative use. Keep the wooden ornaments away from water, excessive humidity, direct flames and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight. After the holiday season, store the garland flat in a clean, dry container to help protect its shape and printed details.
