Making and Delivery

Tracked delivery within the United States normally takes an additional 5 to 12 business days. Please allow approximately 15 days for the typical combined production and delivery process.

If your wedding or celebration is less than 10 days away, please contact us before ordering so we can help check the timing. Requests to change a name, date, design or shipping address must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes may not be possible once production begins.

Please report damage within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of both the product and packaging so we can assist you.
