Each personalized garland is made to order by our production partner in the United States. Production takes 1 to 3 business days after your personalization details are confirmed. Tracked delivery within the United States generally takes an additional 5 to 12 business days.

Please allow approximately 15 days for production and delivery. If your wedding or event is less than 10 days away, contact us before ordering so we can help check the timing. Requests to change a name, date, design, or shipping address must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production begins, the personalized piece cannot be changed.
