Making and Delivery

Each personalized garland is made to order. Production takes 1 to 3 business days after your personalization information is confirmed. Tracked delivery within the United States generally takes an additional 5 to 12 business days. Please allow approximately 15 days for the typical combined production and delivery process.

If your wedding or celebration is less than 10 days away, please contact us before ordering so we can help check the timing. Requests to change names, dates, designs or shipping addresses must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes may no longer be possible once production has started.

Please report any damage within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photographs of the garland and its packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.
