Making and Delivery

If your wedding or celebration is less than 10 days away, contact us before placing your order so we can help check the timing. Requests to change a name, date, design or shipping address must be submitted within 24 hours of ordering. Changes may not be possible once production has started.

Please report any damage within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
